Returns and Exchanges

While we are unable to offer unconditional returns, we’re committed to ensuring that you receive products in perfect condition. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us right away, and we’ll arrange a replacement for you as quickly as possible.

We carefully inspect every item before shipping, but occasionally issues can arise during transit. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us photos of the item, its packaging, and the shipping label within 48 hours of receiving your package. Unfortunately, we cannot process claims submitted beyond 7 days of delivery. This also applies to missing items or any discrepancies with your order.

Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your return request and assessed the issue, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
